Please log in to your ConfTool account and choose "Register as Participant" option. The system will guide you through the next steps.
Due to some restrictions concerning payment by card or using the PayPal system at the University, only one currently available option of registration fee payment is Bank Transfer. This means that after registration you will receive detailed invoice with data for bank transfer. You can realize the transfer by yourself or order it to the financial department of your institution.
After payment an invoice and a letter of invitation (for visa application) can be downloaded directly from the system.

Registration fee for Non IEEE Members, IEEE Members and Students covers conference materials on USB, participation in Oral and Poster Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunches, Welcome Reception and Evening Events.
Registration fee for Accompanying Person covers Lunches, Welcome Reception and Evening Events.
